I thought about leaving the AppData command folder empty. The sample scripts and icons were added just as a starting point. You can pick and choose your scripts (and icons) for that directory without editing anything.

(pasted in the appdata folder so ready and nothing to do for the future beta or not v4, v5...versions! ;)

Seems remember there was also another thing who open a window, with all commands existing, without icons just the text clickable of the commands.

Have you this on your alibaba's box? (i have not time to refind this - i am pretty sure that i made a tuto about that but...where...)
