Hi Ogar, I don't seem to have any gap over here. Did it possibly go away after saving and reloading the file?
This is what it looks like over here:
I do notice that your object is located quite a ways away from the 0,0,0 origin point, your z values are around 40000 units. Sometimes that can cause difficulties because floating point calculations lose some precision the further you are away from the origin. So if you continue seeing things like that you might try moving your object closer to the 0,0,0 origin point.
