Some models made with MoI over the last few months. . . The Blue rendering is a customer order - the red rendering is a modification with a traditional bridge route - just to have on hand. Both the red and blue guitars are semi-hollow so the model is made in three parts, chambered body, routed top and pickguard. The chambered body has a bridge pickup route modeled to suit either top. The other guitars are playing around with shields as we are building a stadium for the Raiders football team and our hockey team is the Golden Knights - both of which have shields in their logos. Thanks for taking a look. Should be milling these in next month.

Although not in the video the pickguard was milled with the same machine - made a mistake on this one but it's good for showing the idea.

Here's a new one - this one is my shape done in MoI - it is inspired by the Jaguar, Strat, Tele and Mike Stern - this version with hardware usually on a Tele. Milled this today. Put a couple parts on it to show how they look . . . thanks for taking a look. Will make the pick guard tomorrow and then paint it. Will be doing several versions with diverse scale lengths and hardware.

Looking good Neil, it would be cool to see what it looks like painted too!

Thanks Michael - will paint soon. Also hope to mill this variation on my design later today - it has chambers, f-hole and an inset top and back for a piece of laminate - which will save having to finish the guitar. Learning to use the offset and inset tools has been fun. Got the idea from the old Dan Electro guitar. Thanks for taking a look. Of course these are done in MoI!

Another variation on my "Ione" design (my wife's middle name). This one has 3 pickups and a trem.

Latest build using MOI and my CNC machine - The "Ione" model: chambered Meranti body, walnut top, figured maple neck and fingerboard.
