You need to create ui/nodeeditor directory and copy there all nodeeditor files
To add nodeeditor button to CustomUI panel copy "97 NodeEdit.htm" to ui/customui/

I've just install Node Editor on Moi 3.1 mac and it seems to be really interesting.
My first question is :
Why Apply and Run or Step button stay grey after loading any script ?
