Looks like it's a newer style AI file that is actually a PDF file, not an AIv8 type file that MoI supports.

You can rename it to nouveau_projet.pdf and open it in Adobe Reader but it appears to be an empty page.

yep must be recent version ...in any case reloadable by Vectorpea... for other formats if necessary! :)
