Hi Involute, well Sweep can take multiple profile curves. It sounds like you want to do a sweep using 2 profiles, a circle on one side and a rectangle on the other. You can use "auto place" mode for the sweep by placing the 2 profiles flat on the construction plane and outside the bounding box of the path curve.
