Well it's the kind of fillet scenario I know MoI has so trouble with.
I have reproduced the problem in this model (attach), it shouldn't be to much different from what ndrakey is dealing with.

I would trim the area and blend the result as a workaround.

Yeah well thanks for the blending tip. It works! But it doesnt look nearly as good as a good bevel :).
I think the beautiful and easy beveling is what makes Moi so special. Is it important how sharp the pipes angle is in order to get a good bevel?
