Sorry, no there isn't currently any tool for that. MoI is not really very focused on surface control point editing as of yet. In your example you show there I'd recommend lofting a new surface between those curves which should give you the same result, rather than using control point editing. Or another possibility which can be better is to do an extrusion of one profile and then trim that extrusion with the other curve.
