Hi Ninno - it's possible to do it but it involves modifying the text files that control the UI.

The main one to edit is the moi.css file which is in the \ui sub-folder inside of MoI's main installation folder. On the Mac, right-click the app and choose "Show package contents" and then go to /drive_c/moi/ui to get to that folder.

The file contains CSS definitions that control most of the colors for the UI, it requires some knowledge of how CSS code works to modify it.
