It's very depending of the sort of univers you want! ;)
For the last 2 previous images it was different than usual!
I import a big image very defined (hopefully now in one time) and project on any volumes (here just half sphere)
For the moment a very tiedious work because i must project each "matrix" so not my cup of tea! :)
Here maybe 10 minutes for the part that you see! So not my normal way!
Normally i modelize any thing in less one minute then render!
It's the render + parameters who gives the final result! ;)
Normally that is like in less 1-2 minutes! (depending od the moment of inspiration! ;)
and a render somewhere in the cubic volume with a stereoscopic Projection so an infinite world of possibilities! :)
Try it it's very gratifiant!
