Oh thats good news.. I guess I loaded it on an old P4 with 1 gig of ram and it didnt run too well. But that is REALLY old.

For some reason when I updated this model I had no trouble at all adding a fillet to the blade/hub joint. This is what I originally wanted but it would never work in Rhino or MoI. In MoI, I could at least transition from the hub to blade as previously posted. Here it is a much better blend between the two. I believe it was a 1mm G1 Fillet, if not, it was something close to that. I followed the same process as always. The input data is slightly different though, not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Edit; The attachment has been removed to save server space. My final product, from this thread, is available on my website at http://propdesign.weebly.com/. Look for MoI_Example.zip.
