Hi Mario, this could happen if there was a bad v1 license key entered originally for v1.

Please try the following to erase any previous saved license key stuff.

Go to this folder

(on Windows XP):
C:\Documents and Settings\[your login name]\Application Data\Moi

(on Windows Vista or 7):
C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Moi\

and delete any files there with a .key extension, like moi_v1_license.key

Then also run the program regedit (in windows go to Start /Run and then type in regedit.exe) and then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Moi and in the right-side pane delete any entries like moi_v1_license.key in there as well.

That should give you a clean starting point and should hopefully solve the problem.

If it does not solve the problem, please contact me through e-mail at moi@moi3d.com and I can send you a special debug version of MoI that you can try which make a log with some information about what is going wrong with loading the license keys.

If you use Win 7, it will blocking you to input value into registry. Its depend on UAC setting. Maybe you can check it...
