Panel Lines

So I've run into a problem creating nice panel lines. I have been using a circular sweep command around a rail followed by a boolean dif as Michael mentioned in another thread. However, where my lines meet, especially on curved surfaces, I have issues getting nice clean intersection points.

I believe I read a thread somewhere that referred to this as crowning?

Any recommendations on how to fix this or a better way to carve out my panel lines?

Hi Ryan, yeah MoI has some difficulty currently when trying to calculate the intersection between tubes that cross in that manner.

The easiest solution is to use slightly different radius values for the different tubes - that prevents them from having the kind of intersection that has problems.
