I don't know if this helps, but I replaced the fillet geometry with a blend.

OK guys So the only one solution is making a new connection between the tho surface. :(
Finally I dont mind unfortunately this I have making this model since last year so since then I made a lot of modification and sometimes I dont remember the initial notions and proceedings. Anyway I dont import models those are original moi shapes I used to make those from something Rail revolv. (Thats why we need a nurbs based SubD :DDD ) and finaly I got two intersected ball what were filleted...as well as there were a lot of shell experiments...

And Michael thanks for the tips I havnt known that Shrinksrf command yet (cool tool) .

Hi andras, I see - maybe that model comes from an earlier pre-v1 MoI beta version that had a looser accuracy in it.

Yes, the connector piece will need to be reconstructed to a higher accuracy to get what you want now.

or perhaps I used "Auto" settings either of them and "Exact" settings for other one ... but I am not sure ...
anyway this issue couse problemes in many things I forget choose "Exact" settings and stay in "Auto"
