Just I would like to inform you that I currently work on an architectural competition project and my file size is around 150MB. This include only land sketch models and my building is not included. Actually I use the styles and it works well. However maybe in the futere an Xref feature would be more proper because of file size. The memory usage is around 500-600MB.

I hope that you might be able to post some screenshots of your project here? Maybe after it is complete...

I would like to add an XRef function in the future, but it will involve a lot of changes to many basic mechanisms such as display and selection, so it has a pretty high difficulty factor for me to add, that makes me uncertain of when I will be able to accomplish it.

Maybe you are already doing this, but one tip to reduce memory use now is to adjust your display settings to make a coarser display mesh.

That's under Options / View / Meshing parameters. Switch "Mesh angle" to 20 or 25 degrees, and uncheck "Add detail to inflections", if you have not already done so and that will probably help to reduce memory consumption.

I have got initial DWG file then I exported them to SAT format and finally import to Moi. I dont know SAT and its Moi integration...

Yup, that's a new function for MoI v2 - version 1.0 did not have SAT support.
