I can't seem to get this simple form to fillet or chamfer, either, for that matter.

I suppose I am doing something wrong ... I have tried .25 inch up to 1" with no luck ...

So what do you think is the problem?

Hi eric,

The model you provided has a radius already applied to it, it's very small in comparison to the model size.
The radius you have on there is about 1 7/8" and the model is 4 feet 11 inches wall section and 42 feet 5 3/8 inches high.

Does the model have to be so big ? or maybe you picked the units 'feet & inches' by mistake and not just 'inches'.
