For a large part, yes. There are some things that are different or missing in MoI. Various individual details will be different. But a lot about the overall modeling strategy will be very compatible, general stuff like drawing curves, extruding, sweeping, lofting, doing booleans and trims, etc.

Not that I know of yet. The beta has only been out for just about 2 months or so, so it is a bit early yet.
