Area From Curve Script

Here’s a small curve area helper. Select a closed curve and run the command.
It calculates the area, shows the result in a popup, then copies it to the clipboard.
Works from any view.

Other notes/config details are in the text file. May expand later, but working well for now.

Video might follow pending operator firmware updates.

Very nice.
But why use square meters instead of the "unit system" specified in Moi's options?
I model using millimeters, and your function gives me values ​​like 0.00 m².
Moi's detail function also provides the area.
You just need to take the curve, create a plane of it, and then request the area detail.

Your script allows you to get the area more quickly, but I think keeping the "unit system" would be preferable.
