Still some file made in V3 I am working on on my desktop, open in V3.
Why?
I want them to open in V4 as well.
Do I need to uninstal V3?

Your OS is in control of the default app that opens when you click on a file.

“Default App”

Need to know what OS you are working in to give good direction
