Hi Matadem,

Affinity is another software with 2D editing features.
In fact, the last version of Anffiny is a multipurpose tool including into a single software a 2D vectorial software (ex-Affinity Designer) + 2D bitmap software (ex-Affinity Photo) + desktop publishing software (ex-Affinity Publisher).

It's possible to copy/paste from Affinity into Moi3D.
But with a definition of a shortcut, Michael has gave us a solution to copy/paste from Moi3D into Affinity.

script: moi.geometryDatabase.copyToClipboardPDF();

Now, why doing this ?
An example of the usage possible, is Affinity has some tools to modify objects by deformation with grids. Moi3d don't have this possibility.
You also can use the vectorization tools of Affinity too.
The Copy/Paste is usefull to avoid use of export files / import files process.
A big time winning... if you need using it in your workflow.

Thanks...I was just wondering.
I did buy the Affinity suite long time ago but never really had the need to use it and was to upgrade for the new features in designer....
but now it is "Free".

Yes, it's free, as long as you don't use Canvas's AI features, otherwise, there's a subscription.,

But otherwise, yes, it's a very good, very efficient tool.

It's not Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, but for many, it's powerful enough to no longer use the Adobe suite.
