Hi shayne, that will happen if you have copied your entire v3 commands folder into appdata\commands.

To fix it you will need to remove the standard built in commands from appdata\commands, you need to only put ones that you had added into v3 in there.

The V3 commands I had copied into the V4 moi commands folder in progam files / Moi / commands
when I moved all files that were not created in 2020 to the appdata commands folder problem is solved
