Fillets are removable in v5 using RemoveAndFill (right click the Delete button). Faces resulting from booleans can be moved and rotated. The UI has never been required. Perhaps it's you who hasn't kept up with MoI rather than the other way around.

If what you care about is lots of black, no icons, and ALL CAPS you can do that in MoI. Check out the theme editor for a start. MoI can be customized more thoroughly than any other software I've encountered. I encourage you to transform your version of MoI into the mockup you show in order to gain some appreciation for just how well-designed the stock UI is.

BTW. That image posted? That's got to be the ugliest thing I've ever seen! It looks like a novice loaded up a free download called "Web UI Maker" and output some kind of default Nonsense and hit "Generate". I'm surprised it doesn't say "Lorem Ipsum" Somewhere on the screen....

Aside from entirely unconstructive criticism, lacking any actionable advice or feedback, your reply demonstrates a purely tribal love for a piece of software because of...the date? I'm not sure you've contributed much here, but thanks.
For the record Lorem Ipsum is dummy text, it is invaluable in communicating the typographical intent of the designer without the user being distracted by the contents of the text. Which is apparently something which was also lost on you.
