Hi Matadem, the circle shape that doesn't get a center snap is not an exact circle, it's only pretty close to being a circle.

How was it created, was it an import from a PDF file possibly?

You can replace it with an exact circle by selecting it, then run Draw curve > Circles > "3 pts" and place 3 points snapped on to it then delete.

Hi Matadem, there isn't any method in PDF files to have exact circles. It only has either lines or general Bezier curves.

So something that looks like a circle in a PDF is not precisely an actual circle, it's just a generic spline curve that is shaped similar to a circle.

The one in your case here deviates from an exact circle by around 0.003 units. It's a little too much deviation for MoI to consider it a circle.

Hi Matadem, if the app that generated the PDF file is able to have true circles in it, then you might try using SVG or DXF format if possible, rather than PDF.

Both SVG and DXF have a way to store precise circles in them which PDF does not.

But even for this object, selecting - Bounding box center makes it work.
