Also depending on how you want the spacing formed, you might want to generate the spacing separately with non-deformed cutting objects, like this:



Spacers created using Transform > Array > Curve, so they are moved and rotated into place along the curve, but not deformed:



Boolean difference the spacers from the main part:

I think, what you want have to be done with a surface flow, not with a curve flow.
You define a source surface and a target surface.
You use them with flow function.

Look at documentation here, and above all the surface-to-surface part.

Good day...still need some help here.

The curve to curve flow works good....as I do have a pattern in the rectangle and it does transform it the way I need.
The other option to draw the rectangle for the spacing works good also.

If I use the surface to surface flow it will take the needed shape but not the spacing/angle in between.
So I tought after the curve to curve flow to do a surface to surface to match the 2 curve line but I did not get what I was expecting.

I have attached what I am after....after the flow on the curve to try to match both sides of the curves as precisely as possible.
If it was just the rectangles I could just use it and draw what I need...but since there is a pattern inside this would be very difficult.

Is there a way to acomplish this?

I didn't find the surfaces you mention here inside the file, so I'm not sure what you ran into here.

You can get different kinds of results depending on how the surface is constructed, here's an example,
constructing the surfaces here using Construct > Network:

As Michael explained, the flow depends on how the destination surface has been made.

You can see how it will react with the function "Show Pts"





Next, if you want a same border everywhere (without it inflates during flow), you have to do it after flowing with an offset function for each piece.

There is another method but much longer to have more curvy result near network method.
- do the median curve (iso or cmorph process)
- Use a array/curve on a base line with the median curve.
- fix the size of segments to be on the curves
- loft the segments to have the destination surface

You loft and offset your pieces next

For any other users that might encounter the same problem.

In the end I split it in smaller blocks and flowed the design individually.
It came out perfect! and went pretty quick.
