I recorded a short video of solving the problem and getting the desired result.
Maybe someone will be useful.

Yes, of course I know about the "Straight corners" function in the fillet, but this is in the case of the "outer fillet".
And here is just the case of the "inner" radius, that's why I asked.

Michael, I don't know why, but I can't add images and files to the forum anymore.
When added, it writes "Out of space" ... Where can I fix it?
Sorry for being a little off topic.

Hi krass,

We are all limited in the amount of memory we can upload attachments to.
So it is necessary to delete some prior posted attachments.
Pictures can be replaced by alternate storage sites, such as imgbox.com, which frees up some attachment memory.
(See Pilou posts, for example).

I've used imgbox in the last few months, as a substitute for posting picture attachments,
but have never mastered how to use it, or how it works.
It seems like a user of imgbox should keep a list of addresses, URL's, of pictures that the user has uploaded to the imgbox site?
As well as backup copies of images.

Michael, another interesting fillet puzzle.

I will write here so as not to produce topics.

So solid on the right.
I add some fillets to it and get such a solid as on the left.

Next, on the solid on the right, I CAN continue doing fillets (red, top)
And on the solid on the left - I don’t know why - I can’t make a single fillet anymore (even on the upper edge, like on the right)

Question - what did I break?

I completely agree with you - it is impossible to make a fillet.
I do not understand - why and what is the problem! )))

Hi Krass.

I switched to other units of measurement and here is the result.

I was mistaken, most likely it is a small scale, zooming in, for example, as here in the picture, allows you to make rounding.

By the way, about fillets in problematic and difficult places - I tried to test different variations of creation.

There's a 50MB per user limit for attachments, otherwise it will be too easy for the server to get filled up.

On the top bar click "Options" and on the left side click "Attachments", and you'll be able to see a list of all your attachments and the sizes. If you have a large file attached to an old message you can delete it to free up some more space.

The other thing you can do is use a file sharing service like Dropbox, OneDrive, etc... where you upload your file to the service and put in a link to it here instead of directly uploading to the forum.

Hi krass, by the way it can help to conserve attachment space if you .zip up 3dm files that you upload.

There are some degenerate faces, meaning faces that have all their surface area cut away so they're collapsed to be more like a line than a proper face with surface area, in this region here:

Those can mess up various kinds of volumetric calculations in somewhat unpredictable ways. In the attached model I've removed those and you should now be able to resume working on it.
