Basically because it's the same behavior as all curves - once you have drawn a curve points that you used to generate the curve are not displayed anymore.

But it can be targeted by object snaps.

The object snap did not work then suddenly. I cannot pick it up from the center point, nor feom the quarter points. But in general I can pick it up of course anywhere but it's not precise anymore then.

Please see in the picture. This is what I meant with quarter and half division. This is missing when the feature is lost to pick the center point up.

Hi Axel, ok sorry I wasn't understanding your original question properly. I thought you were asking for a new feature to have the center point of a circle to be displayed after it had been drawn.

So the problems with center and quad snaps not working on some circles are related to the other problem you observed when the size readout displays a generic x and y size rather than a radius or diameter value. When a curve is not recognized as a circle that will happen and also it won't have center or quad osnaps set up for it as well.

That can happen currently to circles that are pretty small, it should hopefully be fixed in the next v5 beta.

thanks yours again and well noted. I was also wondering why this happens so rather randomly and suddenly without editing anything big on a circle.

You said it happens on rather small circles, I do work with small ones, from 0.2 mm for example to just 5 mm. Would that be the range? Then my observing fits with your explanation.

I think it also depends on the distance away from the origin. When the circle is close to the 0,0,0 origin point then smaller values work ok.

Please let me know if you still see it again after the next v5 beta, I think it should be fixed there.
