Hi verysame, yes if you want to set angle constraint to say 30 degrees, you can type in:
<30
and push Enter. When you type you'll see your keystrokes go into the x/y/z coordinate box in the bottom toolbar, you don't need to click on it first. If you type a single number in that box it will be the same as if you clicked on the distance constraint box and put in a number and if you use the "<" character in front of a number that will be the same as if you clicked in the angle constraint box and put in a number there.

You can also press the Tab key to cycle keyboard focus between the x/y/z input, distance constraint input and angle constraint input.
