Hi verysame, can you please post the .3dm model file with your object instead of only a screenshot? It's hard to figure out what might be going wrong by just looking at a screenshot, I need to be able to examine your model geometry.

In general the geometry library used by Plasticity is more sophisticated than the one used by MoI though.

Hi verysame, there was a regression bug in chamfering in v4 which is fixed in the current v5 beta which can now chamfer this ok, here it is in the v5 beta:



In v4 fillet is not affected by the regression, you should be able to fillet those edges:





Also in v4 if you include these other edges it should also be able to chamfer ok with a corner juncture patch being made:

Still have quite some time for the trial, but I'm starting getting the hang of it, and the more I use it, the more I like it.
