Pro version of Carbide Create has Engrave toolpath.

you might need to check how accurate your machine is and if it can produce repeatable results and go from there.

I do suggest that you perform these tests... this is an avid machine but the test can be applied to your machine as well.

That's a really great calibration set up! You're using Mach 4 in your set up .. I'm on GBRL.. I have to figure out how to count steps!
