Hi Axel, yes you can get the v5 beta at https://moi3d.com/beta.htm and one of the major new functions in it is a new UI Theme mechanism.

You can switch between themes there and there is also an editor for making your own customized one.

...I would like to add that I really like the theme management feature. It's great to get it customized in a real-time mode and you see immediately the changes you did without trial and error and restarting MOI3D after each change :))
