Hi Koi, for the flow part you wrote:

It looks like it's happening because your base shape has the middle nose area some distance away from the base plane. It's just a general property of offset distance that the amount of stretching is magnified the larger the offset distance.

Here's what you are flowing, notice the middle area where you don't like the deformation result is some distance away from the base plane:





The effect goes like this - the further away a point is from the base, the greater amount of distance it will get applied to it:





So to get better control you want the shape to be closer to the base plane and you probably want to apply it to the totally flat version instead of one where the middle/nose area has already been deformed some distance away from the base. And have the base plane going halfway through it. You want to minimize the amount of distance any part of your shape has away from the base plane to reduce expansion or collapsing effects.

Hi Koi, for filleting on one side the problem is a skinny little face fragment:







On the other side, the filllet that has already been placed there now makes a tighter bend for a new fillet to try to navigate through. This will limit the new fillet to need to be smaller than the previous one. If you want to have a larger fillet in that area you will probably need to fillet it at the same time as you to the other long edges instead of in a separate pass.

When i opened koi's file i skipped this and start focused on the frame shape :)
That's because most of problems newbies post on the forum are derived from messy lines and points
As you can see in my animated gif i have flow planes always on the solid,not far from it,this is an essential condition if you want to mantain the shape you want

These edges got problems with fillet. I just can make a little fillet of 0,05 cm...

If i want to model the glasses i wear i do in real scale 1:1,then i use the caliper and take dimensions
what i read on the caliper? millimeters...1,2..etc, not 0,05 cm
cm are used by bricklayers,i hope you know what i mean :) ;)

Thanks for your tips for the build of lines. I have seen the lines in your data. I like the nose area, nice move with the square control points!
Also thanks for the tip with the variation on the flow surf target close to the stems (temples) area, I will model it and add the hinge. I will show you my work afterwards! thank you for your time, I really appreciate that!!

I will try to eliminate that face fragment. Thanks for your tips with the fillet. For me it´s still not that easy.

thanks for the question, you´re right.
I fixed it. I made the fillet before the flow. That´s why the result is so strange.
This time I made the flow and afterwards, I did the fillet. It´s looking better now.
I think its best to do fillet at last?
