these are a sample of my house plans. I am only posting the floorplans sheet of seven of the actual plans (all done with Moi) I grouped them in Affinity designer to have a seven page pdf. I built the 3D model in moi as well. Moi made it very easy to draw things up and make changes. did a quick render in cycles just for fun. Submitted and waiting on approval from the county.

Wow it looks really great! :) I hope you'll post some construction pics when that is underway.

I definitely will. I can't do any building until June (I live in a watershed so I can't break ground until it stops raining)
I have been using moi to calculate dirt removal and how much cement will be needed. they ask for area calculations as well so that has been really easy.

I need the address when it's done, so I can move in, hehe!

BTW - Last year I painted my house and reworked the landscape. I built an exterior model of my house in MoI so I could experiment with various paint and trim colors, as well as landscape designs.

This website helped me pick the paint:

You enter the RGB value and it will show the nearest paint color from various commercial brands. Likewise you can find the RGB for a given paint color and make a test render.

The end result came out very close to my Keyshot render.
