That is a neat ui setup Death. I'd love something similar to that. I only know how to use the MoiGUI though.

The parameters for lighting settings for making a glossy/matte/reflective type appearance are under Options > View > "Lighting options".

There is a plug-in from Dinos that you can use to more easily switch between different presets:
