Draw three curves. The Red & Blue are at 90 degrees to each other. Their end points must touch.

Select all three curves and Network.

Select the surface and Shell if you need a Solid.

From there you can Array to make copies and then Boolean Union with your model.

Using solid dies...

After looking at your reference again, I made another where I pre cut the vent die to be horizontal before the process. Then I did the cutup a different way too.
