Hi Matadem, so for Network it requires that the curves need to be arranged in a regular grid pattern. Part of being a regular grid means that there are 2 sets of curves kind of like longitude and latitude lines on a 2D map that correspond to curved lines on a globe.

Another way to describe it is that the curve grid needs to have uniform rows and columns - yours doesn't do that. If you considered the top and bottom openings to be "rows" lets say, then the other curves that are "columns" must cross over and end on all the rows. The red curve does not do that, it it touches the bottom opening then to be a regular grid it would need to stretch up and touch the top opening too.

For the distortion I want to add a "cage edit" function in the future to make that easier. Currently you can do it using the Flow command though, see here:
