Hi Mindset, I think the answer to all those is "no" currently. Do you have an example you can post showing your input and desired output?

One strategy could be to set up what you want along a straight line and then use Ttransform > Deform > Flow in curve to curve mode to transfer it from a straight line onto a curved path.

Curves aside, if ExpIodeMove were optionally constrained by axis, likely by checkboxes, it would make a really good enhancement.
It would elevate the ExpIodeMove command comparably to how the "Set XYZ" button upgraded the Move command!
