Hi Dan, your attached file looks a little different than what you show above, I don't seem to have the edge you highlighted in the attached one:



Looking at your screenshot probably the first thing i would try would be to make one wider cylinder surface in these areas instead of having it fragmented into 2 pieces, so these edges would be removed:



That could help with the filleting.
