Hi Billa, that's just the normal way that fillets work in CAD. Fillets between faces that have different angles will not necessarily line up with each other directly. If you fillet all the edges coming out from a vertex instead of only some of them then that will let it cut the fillets back a little and have them join in a corner juncture patch instead of directly intersecting each other.
