I can confirm also that with latest Space Navigator driver and MOI4 with settings given in VIEW / ROTATE PAN ZOOM OPTIONS is working well I have used the Navigator for years with Solidworks and Rhino but never worked in MOI and in the same week have MOI and Zbrush working with it which brings my 3d suite all aligned as far as control.
