2 - Draw Start & End Points of the arc circle wanted

Draw a circle ( by 3 points) by these 2 points then 100 as the third point in the Circle Radius clicked (up right corner)

then move rotate your circle by one of these points and rotate it to the second point
Delete not wanted part
(or any easy construction you want)
You have your arc circle radius 100 :)

Maybe not very orthodox but not other idea for the moment! :)

Yes, like Pilou says above when you are in the Circle command at the step of picking the radius you can just type in your radius value and push Enter to specify the radius directly. When you start typing numbers keyboard focus will automatically go into the "Radius" field in the command options area in the upper right area of the window. You don't need to click anywhere just type in in your value.

If you want to enter in a diameter value you can click on the "Radius" label in the command options area to toggle it to diameter mode.

Hi Francky, also in addition to just typing in the radius value while you are in the circle command, you can alter an existing circle's radius value by clicking on the Radius field in the properties panel that shows up when you select an object:





Similar to the circle drawing command, you can click on the "Radius" label on the edit size popup menu to toggle it to diameter mode. Also when the menu is launched you can just start typing in your new radius value without needing to click in the field first.

Regarding the 100 Radius Arc, I have understand why I was not able to do 100 precisely, it was because I had the snap to grid active, so of course according to the grid it was not possible to get 100.

for the 100 arc, I was doing it using the tan method, what is strange is that I could get 99.35 or 100.6 by drawing, but if I entered 100 as D value, the arc was completly different as the one I was drawing.

I will try it again to night.
