That's quite a diverse collection! Have you made any physical rings from these designs?

What a diversity!

Hello, Ed. Yes, I had a trial run at Shapeways. The quality was a little rough. With a wax printer the results would be better, but after 14 years as a goldsmith I am no longer in this business. I still teach CAD for goldsmiths at a design school in Bern (Switzerland). During the preparation of the course I did some tests, this collection is the result.
Maybe after the Corona crisis there will be some budget again and I can produce some more jewelry.

Wow !
Very nice !
I do a small render my models in a virtual showroom I made with Twinmotion.
Twinmotion is very impressive with real time render using Unreal 3D.

Thanks for sharing Schneller and Phiro - Those are great examples of jewelry design using MoI.
Five years ago I was invited by KeyShot to make a webinar on rendering jewelry.

Looking back on this, one can do a much better job with the latest version of KeyShot. They have come a long way on their material and lighting options.
