Full Version: Viewport lighting/Material reflectivity/glosiness??

I haves tested all lighting combinations under the lighting options but can't get the geometry to be glossy and reflective like this guy has in the linked youtube video.
I would love to have it like him, any idea what I am missing? you even see reflection of light or lighting plane on top of curved surfaces...
