In a in a series of Rotation operations is there a quick way of re-using axis of rotation and centre from a previously set/executed rotation operation?

Sorry no there isn't currently any way set up to do that automatically. If it's in a difficult spot I'd recommend placing a line or point object first before you do the rotations so it's easy to snap onto the same point for each one.
