HI - model the shape as a solid then you can then run sections in MOI to get the planes but then you have to tab and slot all the sections manually based on material thickness or you can use an old Autodesk product 123d MAKE - export your model out of MOI as an OBJ and import into 123D Make and the slicing and material thickness tabbing is done para-metrically.

Hi,

Design your shape (Network or Loft tool)
Apply Multiso script
Select edges and apply a vertical Extrude
Use Shell tool

See my screenshot.

Hi Rudl,
as Finema as shown you can use the multiso plugin to create the grid on your surface.
I added another surface to trim the extruded grid to give the depth shown in your photo.
Also I needed to create some new iso lines by projecting lines from the side.
