Hi Michael.

I noticed that for a few days the thread list of the forum display a new icon that I've never seen before :

I can imagine that is good to have it in relation to threads like "Parametric design..." or "Nodebundle..."
but I can't undertstand why it is displayed also for a thread like "Strata sculpt..." that has only 14 messages.

Thanks and have a nice day.

Hi Marco, that means the thread is marked as "High Interest" for you, it's a per-user flag. You can modify it by using "Edit thread options" at the bottom of the content area, or a shortcut is to click to the left of the thread title in the threads list. You should see that the ones with the icons are marked in "User Options" as Interest: Interested and the ones without are Interest: Normal.

You've probably posted messages in those particular ones? There is a setting relating to that under
Options > Forum Options > Display > Automatically mark threads I post in as High Interest

Since it's a per-user flag others will see different ones marked than you.

Hi everyone!

I have to make a request for all the users that sent me a PM.

Please, don't send me a PM if your settings in your Moi's profile are "opted out of receiving personal messages"

It's very annoying to push the "send" button (especially after writing a long reply) and, after that, receiving a delivery rejection notice...

If you don't want to receive PM, please, don't send me PM :)

I'm sure you'll understand me.

Have a nice day :)

Hello Michael!

For a few weeks I'm getting these alerts when I browse the Moi's web site (regardless of the browser I use, Chrome, Opera, Firefox...)

This is the alert when I access the site trough a standard HTTP:

And this is the alert when I access the site trough a secure HTTPS:

Thanks.

Hi Marco, I think that Chrome has recently made changes that any use of http:// instead of https:// gives that kind of warning message. So that part when using http:// is probably normal. The solution though should be to use https:// which I just added support for a little while ago.

But I don't know why you're getting that same warning when using https:// , over here it shows as secure with Firefox or Safari and it even says there on your screenshot that the certificate is valid.

Maybe try clearing cookies? There's a link here for that: https://moi3d.com/forum/logon.php

Hi Marco, on the https:// one, does it give any more information on the "Learn more" link for why it isn't considered "fully secure" ?

Hi Michael.

I did another test using a clean FireFox installation and HTPS.

All is OK using Firefox :)

Now I try to clean my Chrome's cache.

Ok Michael.

I think I can get rid of this "supposed" problem in Chrome.

Maybe the alert it's a "fake" alert by Chrome.

I cleaned up Moi' cookies and I did a new Logon to the Moi's web site.

This is what I get in Crhome:

I think I can get rid of the phrase "Your connection to this site is not fully secure"

Thanks and have a nice day.

Hi Marco, I think I've got it fixed up now, if you do a reload now using https:// it should hopefully show as fully secure in Chrome too now.

There was a <form> element for the google search box which had a http:// url for its action="" , it seems that Chrome is the only browser that looks at form element attributes like that for saying whether the site is secure or not.

PERFECT Michael!

All is ok now also in Chrome :)

I cleaned up my Moi' cookies on more time and I accessed the Moi's forum again.

Now no more alert from Chrome.

Thanks!

Hello everyone and the user "WAYNEHILL5202"

Some days ago I received a PM from the user "WAYNEHILL5202" telling me that he has updated my ScriptsGallery plug in to work with the new Moi4 beta 10-10-2019.

I wanted to thank that user via PM but when I try to send I receive this message:
"WAYNEHILL5202 has opted out of receiving personal messages"

So I write here if he can read :)

"Thank you very much Wayne Hill for your job!

Even if actually I temporarily abandoned all 3D stuff, ASAP I will try your retouched version of my ScriptsGallery.

Thanks again.

Feel free to upload this job to the Moi's forum for the whole community!

Best regards."

Ciao!
