Sorry no not likely at the current time - Rhino plug-ins are very specifically built to run inside of Rhino's environment, you can't run a Rhino plug-in in a different host software environment like MoI. Running a plug-in is not the same kind of thing as data exchange through a file format.
At this time MoI does not have an extensive low level SDK for extensions that this would require.
I think there is something where cycles is packaged up as a standalone renderer, you might look into that.
re: Not at the target because some msvcp120.dll is missing on my computer! :)
Try downloading and installing the "Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013" from Microsoft, that should probably get you set up with msvcp120.dll on your machine:
I was investigating about the possibility to bridge modo render, but cycles sounds good enough !
Maybe it would be great to have an option to cycle between a couple of hdr environment (daylight, studio).
Script usage:
_Cycles -> export selected objects as cycles xml files, start Cycles
_Cycles noexport -> If you exported scene objects once, you don't need to export it every time when you run Cycles. This mode useful while changing camera position or material settings.
Materials:
Default material - Diffuse, Rougness 80%
You can change the material by editing the style name
