Hi Max,

i really like your awesome picture and would like to know, if it's possible, if you can share
the parameters for your surface? I ask because i tried out your script, with various settings
but i'm not able to get the smooth nice roundness at the peaks, nor do i get those nice under
cuts.

Thanks but DistortCurves 0.9 seems to be different from the "Randomize Curves" script shown in the video.

Yes, Pilou posted the wrong script. I have it from the cool russian MoI forum (wish i could understand Russian).

http://vk.com/moi3d

You have to scroll a bit to find it.

I was wondering about that script myself. I scrolled down the Russian forum...saw Max, but didn't find the script. :-(
Anyone else find it?

Spoke too soon. Anyone interested, scroll down to Jan 2014 postings. You will see Max's color render, with the script file.

I'm puzzled - I copied the two files into the Package Contents of MOI 3.1, and verified that they are there, but no option shows up in the program. How do I use the plugin?

Make a shortcut to it http://moi3d.com/3.0/docs/moi_command_reference11.htm#shortcutkeys
or Press Tab then write the name of the plugin!

So
_RandomCurves
(don't forget the "_" ) "R" & "C" can be "r" & "c"!

Hi Rick, there are some instructions for installing plug-in commands here: http://moi3d.com/faq#Q:_How_do_I_install_a_plug-in_script.3F

You'll need to set up a shortcut key or type in the command name in order to trigger the newly added command.

Hi everyone! :)

I know that I left a lot of questions unanswerred. I'm so sorry.
Now I even can't find all those questions you asked to me.
If someone wants to ask me about something, please write your questions to this thread. I'll check this thread from time to time and I'll try to answer every question as fast as possible.

Hi BurrMan

>> How the hell are you?
I'm fine :) Everything is as usual. I'm working hard last months (as always) so I haven't time for MoI at all.

Hi Max!!

Wow! ...it's a pleasure to see you here again!!

I hope this isn't inappropriate, but...just a simple question.

What's your main job ? What you do for a living ?

I'm a software developer.

Thanks and have a nice day.

Bye.
