Hi there :)
I've just bought this magic software, and this is my first project.. Of course it's just a w.i.p., andI am just a beginner.. I still have a lot of things to learn..
Any comment is welcome.. :)
I love MoI!

..I created some lines, and then I used the LOFT tool and corrected those lines to get the final shape.. :)

Maybe normally for the general form only 2 or 3 perpendicular curves should be sufficient! ;)

thanks everybody for your encouragement, and also thanks really much for your tutorials, where I found a lot of very, very useful infos! :) :) :)
...but now I have to go ahead and model all the rest.......
Many Thanks!

Bon courage!

..yes, probably.
I tried different ways..but I am a beginner and I miss that kind of experience..
I was not able to find the shape that I wanted for the lateral side, so I tried adding more lines..
Now I have the shape I wanted, but I spent to much time to do it.. I really need some experience with MoI, and I have a lot of willing to learn! :)
thank you for your suggestion! :)

Nice and easy.

Very nice work. I am also a beginner at MoI, and it's amazing how easy it is to create things with it right away as there is no steep learning curve to contend with that gets in the way of your creativity.

I'd say you have a very natural feel for Nurbs modelling. Forget the rules for the moment and do what feels right.
As your models become more complex you'll try to achieve what's in your minds eye using the minimum amount of construction curves (this makes your models far easier to edit down the line as and when required). Plus it can help with the eventual poly mesh conversion for when you want the render your creation.
And as for spending too much time, don't worry, it's still a fraction of the time it would take to model something with that smooth organic form using a poly modeler.
Top quality work fella. :)
