Hey all :)
I've totally just decided to use MoI to create the graphics for the game that I'm currently making! Yay!
So within the next few months, you'll see a game out there with MoI graphics! :D
It's just a little game - I'm starting small, and working my way up. Planning to release it first on Xbox Live Arcade, and then probably on Steam / Impulse.
It'll be nice and cheap, so lots of people will be able to play it.
And, of course, you'll have to put up with millions of questions from me as I learn the wonders of MoI - lol
I finally get to try out V2!

Hi NightCabbage, that sounds cool! It will be fun to see what you come up with for your game.

Hi Michael - glad to see you're still at it making improvements to the program :)
I don't think there will be too many impressive models in the game, as they'll be fairly small on the screen - but I think it will be fun!Reply

Game developer here as well - I'm a Wing Commander junkie so my game is similar to Privateer and Mass Effect...
MoI is a Godsend for the initial development of my spaceships and other hard surface models!
I'm using the Unity game engine.

Yes, I think it's perfect to get the basic shapes - and even some of the finer detail.
I can just never seem to get the shapes right in other programs... especially the curvey bits :)Reply
