Here is the pdf file of the stencil.
It is nominally 34 inches wide, and 39 inches tall.
The minimum compliant "tallness" is 36 inches, in the US, along with many other rules.
The image is normally painted on top of a particular medium blue color rectangle, in white, on the asphalt, in the parking stall.
I might cut one out manually, or pay some asphalt / coating company to apply.
